CMAP Policy

Content received from the respective departmental heads of the Institute, along with the requisite metadata and keywords, shall be hosted on the Institute’s official website. All such content shall be governed by a structured Content Management and Approval Process (CMAP) and shall conform to the prescribed content life-cycle, which includes the following stages:

  • Creation
  • Publishing
  • Modification
  • Moderation
  • Expiry
  • Archival

Classification of Activities

Activities related to website content management shall be classified on the basis of urgency as under:

  • Routine: Activities undertaken as part of regular duties and standard operational procedures.
  • Priority: Activities requiring expeditious action beyond routine operations.
  • Express: Activities necessitating immediate action and warranting the highest level of priority.
